Research conference examining the postwar period from a global and interdisciplinary perspective. It will bring together scholars in history, anthropology, political science, and international relations to examine this critical moment in the history of refugees. The goal of the conference is to better understand the causes, consequences, and contemporary interpretation of the population upheavals of the postwar period. Organized by Anna Holian (ASU, History), Daniel Cohen (Rice University) and Hava Tirosh-Samuelson (ASU, Jewish Studies).
